How to Change Name in Andhra Pradesh Ration Card
You can directly get the Ration Card Data Correction Application Form from the Meeseva website or the official website of the Andhra Pradesh State Government and then take a print out of it.
Enter the name of the person you want to become a ration card holder. You can also submit this form if your name is spelled wrong. After filling the form visit the nearest ration shop or service center along with all the required documents including your ration card and submit.
